Xixify Tools provides a suite of high-performance utilities designed for personal and professional
use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the
service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Automated access (scraping) is prohibited outside of authorized API endpoints.
  • You must not use the tools to generate illicit or harmful material.

3. User Conduct

copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS
AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Xixify Tools, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates,
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without
limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access
to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. 1-Hour File Deletion Policy

To ensure maximal privacy and security, Xixify Tools operates on a strict zero-retention policy for processed files. All user files uploaded to our servers are permanently and We do not irrevocably deleted within 1 hour (60 minutes) of processing completion. keep backups of your processed files.

8. Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any
reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your
right to use the Service will immediately cease.
